Welcoming Matthew Loureiro, Project Manager
We’re excited to welcome Matthew Loureiro to IX Solutions as one of our newest Project Managers.
Born and raised in BC’s Okanagan Valley and now based in West Kelowna, Matthew brings more than 15 years of experience in IT across healthcare and education.
Most recently, he worked with Interior Health Authority, where his career spanned network and infrastructure support, IT project delivery and leadership. He coordinated technology delivery for healthcare construction and renovation projects before moving into a leadership role managing a team responsible for enterprise desktop services supporting more than 15,000 endpoints.
Bringing Technical Experience to Project Delivery
As Project Manager at IX Solutions, Matthew will work closely with clients and our technical teams to coordinate technology projects from planning through delivery. He’ll help keep projects on track, stakeholders informed and teams focused on the outcomes clients expect.
Matthew studied Network and Telecommunications Engineering Technology at Okanagan College and holds Fortinet Certified Fundamentals and Associate certifications in Cybersecurity. He’s also continued his professional development in other areas including IT service management, leadership, coaching and project delivery.
He’s looking forward to bringing that experience to IX Solutions and focussing on building strong relationships with clients. It’s an approach that aligns closely with what he values in his work.

Outside of work, Matthew spends plenty of time outdoors, whether he’s hunting, fishing, camping or exploring the BC backcountry. His interest in technology follows him home too, where there’s usually a home automation, networking or other tech project underway.
And when he’s not doing that, you might find him working on a backyard project, playing games with friends or, in his words, “finding another reason to buy a tool I probably didn’t need.”
We’re happy to have Matthew on board and look forward to the experience and perspective he’ll bring to our team and clients.
