Welcoming Herman Demydov, Project Manager
We’re excited to welcome Herman Demydov to the IX Solutions team as our newest Project Manager!
Originally from Ukraine and now calling Calgary home, Herman brings 10 years of project management experience.
His career has taken him through a range of technical environments, from educational technology and R&D to web and application development, and most recently, IT services spanning network design, cloud solutions, cybersecurity and infrastructure modernization.
Keeping IT Projects Moving
As Project Manager at IX Solutions, Herman will work closely with clients and our technical teams to coordinate IT projects from planning through delivery.
With a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and an Associate Degree in Robotics Technology, he brings a strong technical foundation to that work and is currently working toward his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
For Herman, successful project management is about bringing people together around a clear plan, keeping projects moving and making sure clients have a positive experience along the way. Seeing a project through to completion is what makes the work particularly rewarding for him.

Outside of work, Herman loves spending time outdoors and has completed several multi-day mountain expeditions in different countries. Closer to home, he enjoys getting involved in the Calgary community and has helped organize the Calgary Run, along with social and music events. More recently, he’s spent the past year building a camper van from scratch for his travels and documenting the project through YouTube and social media.
