Meet Doug Griffin, IX Solutions' Latest Addition!
We are thrilled to introduce Doug Griffin, our new Modern Workplace Architect at IX Solutions. Doug, originally from Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, now calls Burnaby, BC his home. With a rich background in IT and a passion for modern technology solutions, Doug is a valuable addition to our team.
His Journey to IX Solutions
Doug's professional journey is marked by several significant roles and achievements, including:
- Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT): Doug is a certified expert in IT technical training, maintaining his MCT certification for over 25 years and educating thousands of students through both classroom and online platforms.
- Modern Desktop Consultant: Specialising in Microsoft technology, Doug has extensively worked in deploying and managing desktop operating systems, primarily Windows. His expertise spans across various versions of Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager, Microsoft BDD, MDT, and Microsoft Intune.
- Modern Endpoint Architect: Leveraging his training background, Doug focused on Microsoft endpoint management solutions, collaborating closely with Microsoft and leading Canadian partners to develop and implement client-focused solutions.
He also holds a B.Sc. (Advanced) in Geology from the University of Saskatchewan and boasts multiple Microsoft certifications, including MCSE and MCT.
His Role at IX Solutions
At IX Solutions, Doug is excited to develop modern endpoint solutions to enhance client efficiency and security. His extensive experience as a Microsoft Trainer will play a crucial role in imparting knowledge and skills to both our team and our clients.

Doug's favourite aspect of his job is enlightening clients with new solutions and witnessing those 'ah-ha' moments, whether in the classroom or while working with clients on solution development and implementation.
When He’s Not at Work
When he’s not revolutionising workplace solutions, Doug spends his time with his energetic two-year-old golden-doodle. Does he really have time for anything else?!
