Welcome to the Team: Meet Traci Wong, Inside Sales Representative

We’re excited to welcome Traci Wong to the IX Solutions team as our newest Inside Sales Representative!

Based in Surrey, BC, Traci brings over 13 years of experience at IBM, where she worked in the K-12 Education Division—first as a Project Manager and later as part of the Inside Sales team. Her extensive background in quoting, ordering, invoicing, and navigating complex internal processes will be a huge asset as she supports IX’s clients and sales operations.

Traci holds a Bachelor of Arts from Kwantlen Polytechnic University and a Certificate in Graphic Design from Vancouver Community College, bringing both analytical and creative strengths to her new role.

At IX, Traci will focus on client-facing support, procurement integration, and sales enablement, helping to streamline processes and ensure a seamless experience for our clients and partners.

When asked what she’s most looking forward to at IX, Traci shared that she’s eager to be part of a smaller, people-focused team with agile processes and a shared commitment to supporting clients. “My favourite part of my job is supporting clients and team members to achieve shared goals,” she said.

Outside of work, Traci loves to read, play tennis, and explore her creative side—most recently through pottery classes. And here’s a fun fact: she’s also got a secret talent for Halloween makeup!
