Meet Desirae Huot, Senior Modern Productivity Consultant

We’re excited to welcome Desirae Huot to IX Solutions as our newest Senior Modern Productivity Consultant, joining us from Edmonton, Alberta.

Desirae brings a wealth of experience in Microsoft 365 and cloud productivity consulting, with a track record of helping organizations modernize their workplaces and get the most out of their technology. Over the years, she’s led projects in tenant migrations, collaboration tools, and data governance—always with a focus on creating solutions that make work easier, more connected, and more human.

“My favourite part of the job is helping clients solve real challenges with technology and seeing how it makes their work easier,” Desirae shares. “I love being able to turn ideas into practical solutions that help teams collaborate and be more productive.”

Before joining IX Solutions, Desirae built her technical foundation through the Computer Systems Technology program at NAIT, followed by professional designations including Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate (MS-700). She continues to expand her skills through ongoing certifications and professional development in modern workplace solutions, staying ahead as new technologies, like Copilot, reshape how we work.

At IX, she’ll be helping clients design and implement Microsoft 365 productivity solutions across SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Purview, and Copilot, collaborating closely with organizations to improve efficiency, strengthen data governance, and enhance collaboration.

“I’m most looking forward to working with a team that’s passionate about helping clients get the most out of modern technology,” says Desirae. “IX Solutions has such a strong focus on collaboration, innovation, and building lasting client relationships, and I’m excited to dive in and contribute to that culture.”

When she’s off the clock, Desirae keeps her schedule as dynamic as her work life. In the summer, you’ll find her golfing, playing slo-pitch, or exploring new hiking trails. When winter rolls around, she trades her glove and bat for a hockey stick and volleyball. She’s also a fan of traveling, discovering new restaurants and coffee spots, and spending time with friends and family.
