Meet Jacob Graham: Modern Infrastructure Consultant

We’re thrilled to welcome Jacob Graham to the IX Solutions team as our newest Modern Infrastructure Consultant!

Based in Burnaby, BC, Jacob brings over nine years of technical expertise and a passion for helping organizations work smarter to our growing team.

Originally from Victoria, Jacob began his career in IT after completing a system administration program at the Academy of Learning. He earned a stack of CompTIA certifications (A+, Network+, Server+, Security+) and got hands-on with Windows Server 2003. Since then, he’s achieved impressive Microsoft credentials including Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate, and Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert in Messaging 2013.

Before IX, Jacob spent nearly a decade as a Senior Technical Analyst with the Provincial Health Services Authority. In that role, he led large-scale clinical migrations on-premises and in the cloud, directly enhancing operations and improving patient care.

At IX, Jacob will focus on driving automation initiatives, building scalable infrastructure solutions, and guiding cloud strategies that make life easier for our clients.

“I’m excited to join a smaller, more agile company where I can build strong working relationships, contribute directly to meaningful projects, and be part of a team that truly values the end-user experience,” he says.

For Jacob, the best part of the job is making a real difference. “I really like helping organizations improve process, automation, and security at the same time as improving customer satisfaction and overall service.”

When he’s not optimizing IT environments, you’ll find Jacob training in Muay Thai and Jiu-Jitsu, camping, off-roading, or exploring the outdoors. He’s also a keen traveler who loves experiencing different cultures, which fits right in with IX’s culture of curiosity and continuous learning.
