Welcoming Charlotte Murdoch, Account Executive
We’re excited to officially welcome Charlotte Murdoch to the IX Solutions team as our newest Account Executive!
Originally from England, UK, Charlotte now calls Sidney, BC home—a place she describes as an incredibly picturesque part of the world. With a background in sales, marketing, and customer experience across international markets, Charlotte brings a global perspective and a genuine passion for helping customers find the right solutions for their business.
Supporting Customers Every Step of the Way
If there’s one thing Charlotte does especially well, it’s putting the customer at the centre of every conversation. Before joining IX Solutions, she worked as a Global Partnership Manager in the manufacturing sector, where she focused on building and managing strategic relationships with key partners in a highly customer-centric role.
Charlotte’s educational background is in marketing and international business, giving her a strong foundation in understanding customers, markets, and business dynamics. Most recently, she completed a course with Forrester focused on Customer Journey Mapping, further strengthening her ability to align solutions with real customer needs and experiences.
At the core of Charlotte’s approach is a strong belief in putting the customer at the centre of everything she does.

In her role as an Account Executive, Charlotte will be a trusted partner to customers, taking the time to understand their goals and what matters most to their business. She’ll share relevant industry insights, help explore the right options, and guide customers through each step of their technology journey.

Outside of Work
Outside of work, Charlotte’s energy doesn’t slow down. She’s passionate about fitness, (especially CrossFit), and is a part-time coach who enjoys helping others build confidence and achieve their goals—a mindset that carries through into her work with customers. When she’s not in the gym, Charlotte loves to travel, explore new cultures, and try new experiences whenever she can.
