Welcome to the Team: Lipsha Rai, IT Analyst

We’re excited to welcome Lipsha Rai to the IX Solutions team! As a new IT Analyst on our Client Experience Team, Lipsha brings a strong background in IT infrastructure, systems management, and client support—all backed by hands-on experience and a passion for problem-solving.

Originally from Delhi, India, Lipsha moved to Kelowna, British Columbia to pursue her post-secondary education and has called the Okanagan home for nearly four years. She recently completed a Diploma in Computer Information Systems at Okanagan College, where she built a strong foundation in networking, systems administration, programming, and database management. Alongside her formal education, she’s earned industry certifications including the Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert, and CompTIA A+, setting her up for success in modern enterprise IT environments.

Before joining IX, Lipsha worked as an IT Specialist at a health and wellness products manufacturer, where she maintained the company’s IT infrastructure and led critical projects like implementing a Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery strategy and launching a Cyber Security Training platform. Prior to that, she supported employees at one of Canada’s leading telecommunications companies as an IT Support Analyst, managing both onsite and remote requests while creating user-friendly documentation to improve internal workflows.

At IX Solutions, Lipsha will be focused on delivering IT services and technical solutions to our clients and their end users. Her responsibilities include deploying and managing cloud-based infrastructure with Microsoft Azure, optimizing Microsoft 365 productivity and security tools, and maintaining Windows Server environments. She’ll also contribute to our managed services offering through routine maintenance tasks and detailed documentation that supports ongoing process improvement.

When asked what she’s most looking forward to, Lipsha shared:

“I'm excited to work with a wide range of technologies and solve real-world challenges for clients. Getting hands-on with Microsoft Azure will allow me to help build secure, scalable environments—and continue learning every day.”

That eagerness to learn is a constant theme in her journey. “What I love about IT is that no two days are the same,” she reflects. “There's always a new challenge to tackle, and each one is an opportunity to grow. Being part of a collaborative team that’s focused on making a real impact makes the work even more rewarding.”

Outside of work, Lipsha enjoys spending time in nature—hiking, camping, and exploring the outdoors. She’s also a passionate photographer and scrapbooker, combining her love of adventure with a creative flair for capturing memories and telling stories through images.

“Photography gives me a different lens—literally and figuratively—on the world. It helps me slow down and appreciate the details,” she explains. “Scrapbooking is how I preserve those moments and make them last.”
