As we continue to grow our team to better service our customers, we’re excited to welcome Jenn Muir to IX Solutions as Manager, Professional Services.
A true born-and-raised Calgarian, Jenn brings 12+ years of experience working in the IT space with mid-sized oil and gas organizations. She’s carried several roles through her career and holds valuable expertise as an IT business analyst, systems analyst, project manager and team lead.
Jenn’s career is supported by a diploma in Business Administration and Marketing, as well as a Change Management Certificate from Mount Royal University. She also holds a Database Fundamentals Certificate from University of Calgary and a certificate in Architecting on AWS, Cloud Implementation & Sustainment from Amazon Web Services.
In her role with IX, Jenn will lead and support the growth of our Professional Services team while working to develop effective processes to better service our clients. As someone who loves turning challenges and obstacles into opportunities to improve, we know she’ll bring great value to the team.
Jenn is a self-proclaimed home-renovation junkie and loves watching creative ideas come to life. She’s also a big Formula 1 fan and has attended multiple Grand Prix races around the world with her husband—the latest in Japan, 2019!
