An experienced business strategist, IT leader and project manager, Mike Shultz is a true triple threat—and we’re thrilled to have him join the IX Solutions team!
Based in Kelowna, Mike joins our team as a project manager with over two decades of in-depth IT experience. Over several years at a national IT solutions firm, Mike wore many hats as a project manager, pre-sales solutions consultant, product marketing manager, business analyst, IT manager, and managed services consultant. With experience working with clients in the hospitality, healthcare, energy, manufacturing, legal and real estate industries, he’s a true asset to our growing team.
Mike holds a diploma in Electronics Engineering from the Okanagan University College. During his career, he’s completed numerous vendor training certifications including Microsoft for Azure, Microsoft 365, Veeam, VMWare, Barracuda, Fortinet, KnowBe4, and CompTIA Server+ and Project+. As a PM with IX Solutions, he’ll work closely with clients to develop an understanding of their business goals and collaborate with our technical team on the design and implementation of related projects.

Mike’s passion for his work is evident. He loves to learn about how businesses across different industries apply technology. Naturally, he finds joy in helping those businesses innovate, optimize and improve the way they work by assessing their needs and aligning them with the right solutions.
